Digital Products and Services:

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom work, refunds are only available before the creative process has begun.

  • Once the project has started or drafts have been delivered, refunds may not be provided except in cases of defects or unmet contractual agreements.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued under the following conditions:

  • The package or service has been fully delivered and approved by the client.

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., creative style) after final delivery when the service provided aligns with agreed-upon specifications.

  • Failure to provide the required materials or feedback necessary to complete the service on time.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may cancel services prior to the agreed-upon start date for a full refund.

  • Cancellations after the project begins may incur a cancellation fee or partial deduction to cover time and resources already spent.
