• Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or offensive language will not be tolerated.

• Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or unsolicited messaging to other users.

2. Profile & Account Usage

• Each user must provide accurate and truthful information when creating a profile.

• Do not impersonate another person, business, or entity.

• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. Do not share login details.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, report it immediately to support.

3. Access to Purchased Beats

• Purchased beats are for the sole use of the customer and must be used in accordance with the licensing terms.

• Do not share, resell, distribute, or claim ownership of any beats that you did not attain a licence for.

• Any misuse of downloaded beats may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Content & Uploading Guidelines

• Members may upload profile content, including images, bios, and project details. Ensure all content is appropriate and aligns with professional industry standards.

• Do not upload any content that is illegal, offensive, copyrighted without permission, or violates any intellectual property rights.

5. Collaboration & Communication

• Respect collaboration requests and agreements made within the platform.

• Any disputes between artists and customers should be resolved professionally. If needed, reach out to support for mediation.

6. Legal Compliance

• Users must comply with all applicable laws regarding content usage, licensing, and intellectual property rights.

• Any fraudulent activity, including unauthorized chargebacks or misuse of payment systems, will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

• Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the offense.

• Your Song Builder reserves the right to remove any content or account that violates our Code of Conduct without prior notice.
